Check out the Monroe Christmas Parade!!

Monroe Area High School had their Homecoming Parade on Thursday. The football team is enjoying another winning season.

The Youth Advocacy Board held it’s annual House of Addiction. The House of Addiction shows teens the dangers of drinking and drugs. Monroe also had their Fall Festival in downtown on Sat.  It is a great time for the whole family. Another annual event is the Field of Greens, held at Whippoorwill Hollow Organic Farm just outside of Walnut Grove.  Atlanta and Athens resturant chefs show off their cooking skills and other booths showcase orgainc foods and products. It smells so good out there, between the fresh clean air and the wonderful food smells drifting in on the breeze,man it makes you hungry. www.whippoorwillhollowfarm.com/

The Monroe christmas parade warmed many hearts on a cold December evening.
